If you are mugged by a thug and you get robbed of your personal belongings, you can report the incident to the police. They will make out a report, take pictures of your injuries and keep it on file. It is highly unlikely they will catch the criminals.
If a thief breaks into your home or your car and robs you of your personal belongings, you can report the incident to the police and they will make out a report, but again it is very difficult for them to identify these criminals, because of the random nature of their crimes.
If you get ripped off by your solicitors, there is no problem identifying the criminals, they cannot run or hide. However you have to first report the matter to the Law Society.
They will say:
“If you accuse your solicitor of any wrongdoing, we cannot help you, because we are not a court of law.”
They will go on to say:
“If you suspect the solicitors are guilty of a criminal offence then that should be reported to the police who are the appropriate body to investigate complaints of that nature.”
Police 1
Police 2
Police 4
The Law society is quite happy to blatantly lie about these very serious matters. The police will not investigate criminal allegations against solicitors. They have no powers to do so.
You cannot go back to the trial judge for any assistance, because the chances are that he would have deliberately covered up for the solicitors.
It is important to realise that if you become a victim of a solicitor’s fraud, you then become a pinball within the British Legal system. You life is basically destroyed; every move you make has already been carefully calculated to block you from making any progress and to wear you down, until you give up or drop dead fighting.
