Most people are frightened of taking legal action in a British Court of Law, because of the cost involved. What they do not know is that the actual cost of going to court is only the court costs. These fees are usually quite reasonable. The major expenses are only incurred when lawyers become involved.
If you employ a builder, you can choose to pay him for his time or for the complete job. If you choose to pay him for the complete job, he will be in and out of your house in no time. If you choose however to pay him for his time, you might as well ask him to move in, because he will drag out the work for as long as possible and milk you for every penny he can get.
Lawyers will only accept payment for their time and they milk their client cases for every penny they can possibly justify, knowing that they can get away with it.
The Law Society uses its influence and powers to promote and protest the interest of its members, therefore we never ask ourselves the simple questions like:
What is conveyancing?
What is Litigation?
Can I do any of this work myself?
Until the general public become more aware of the crimes being committed by lawyers, we will continue to trust them and the Law Society and we will continue to be exploited.
I have represented myself as a Litigant in Person in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. I've been fighting the system for the past 18 years on my own, trying to get justice after been ripped off, first by a crooked Lawyer, then by the firm I instructed to represent me.
If you have the patience to surf through the contents of this site, don’t think of me as an isolated and unfortunate victim. I am one of many! There are thousands of us who are suffering in silence.
You or a member of your family could be their next victim. All it takes to get caught up in the system is for you to instruct a firm of solicitors when you buy or sell a house using a mortgage.
The contents of this site might shock you. This is not a fairy tale. It is a true representation of what solicitors victims have to endure, if they try to get justice in a British Court of Law, after being ripped off by their solicitors.
